How can we help?
What is Zubnet?
Zubnet is a unified AI platform that gives you access to 120+ models from 18 providers in one place. Think of it as your AI command center: chat, code, image, video, music, and voice generation all through one account, one interface, no vendor lock-in. We built it because managing a dozen different AI subscriptions is exhausting, and frankly, quite expensive.
Do I need my own API keys?
No, Zubnet can be used as is, but we also support BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) for your convenience. You can use your own API keys from providers like Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and others. This means full transparency on costs, no markup, and you stay in control. You pay the providers directly at their rates, and Zubnet handles the unified interface and routing. It's the ethical way to do this.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. We run self-hosted analytics (no Google, no third-party trackers), our infrastructure is on Nordic servers powered by clean energy, and we comply with GDPR, DPDPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, and PIPL. We don't sell your data. We don't train models on your inputs. Your data stays yours. Period.
Why don't you support OpenAI or xAI?
By choice. OpenAI's identity verification requirements and data policies don't align with our privacy-first values. xAI's approach to data usage and ethics doesn't meet our standards either. We curate providers based on privacy, transparency, and ethical practices, not just hype. There are plenty of excellent alternatives that respect user privacy, and we focus on those.
What providers and models do you support?
We support 18 providers including Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Cohere, AI21, Stability AI, Replicate, ElevenLabs, and more. That's over 120 models covering chat, code, image generation, video, music composition, and voice synthesis. Check out our Models page for the full list. And if there's a provider you want that we don't have yet, let us know, we're always expanding.
